At Prestige Beauty, we value our customers and strive to provide a fair, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged products, and order issues are handled.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the eligibility requirements below.
2. Return Eligibility
For health, safety, and product-quality reasons, whey protein and other consumable nutrition products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a standard return.
Opened, used, or unsealed consumable products are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return. However, this restriction does not prevent customers from requesting a remedy for products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or materially different from their description, subject to applicable law.
Products marked as final sale are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or with compromised packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at duangpu51@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when reasonably available. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Customers will not be required to pay return shipping for a verified error or product issue attributable to Prestige Beauty, subject to applicable law.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email duangpu51@gmail.com with:
Your order number.
The product you wish to return.
The reason for your request.
Photographs, if relevant to the claim.
Please wait for return instructions and authorization before shipping a product back. Unauthorized returns may take longer to process.
Return address: Contact us for return authorization and the applicable return address before sending any items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
If the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, Prestige Beauty will provide reasonable return instructions and cover applicable return shipping costs as required by law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law or the refund relates to our error.
6. Refund Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon where permitted. We generally submit approved refunds within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

7. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun or the package has been handed to the carrier.
If an order cannot be canceled, the customer may request a return under this policy where eligible.
8. Missing or Lost Orders
If tracking shows no movement, delivery is delayed, or an order appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. We will work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution based on the tracking information, shipping circumstances, and applicable law.
9. Fair Treatment and Legal Rights
Prestige Beauty aims to treat customers fairly and evaluate return and refund requests individually. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable federal or state law.
